In addition to the gender pay gap (women earn about 20% less than male coworkers) Black women, women of color, queer folks, and trans women are statistically even more affected by systemic inequalities including lower pay, outdoor access issues, and other methods of discrimination. This community fund is a collective fund that helps folks attend our retreats at a lesser cost so they can be a part of this amazing weekend in the Red River Gorge. If you are able, please consider donating between $5-$100 to support someone’s travel, registration, guiding service fees, and help reduce financial barriers.
